When the website cannot be accessed
Check the following if the website cannot be accessed.

- Open [Start] – [Control Panel] – [Internet Options].
- Open the [Advanced] tab.
- Clear the [Do not save encrypted pages to disk] checkbox in the [Security] section
if it is selected. - Click the [OK] button and close the [Internet Options] screen.
- Restart your browser and log in again.
After login, the [Security Alert] dialog appears.
Or, the [Can’t download ***.jnlp] error dialog appears.
Or, the [Can’t download ***.jnlp] error dialog appears.
- Open [Start] – [Control Panel] – [Internet Options].
- Open the [Security] tab.
- Click the [Default level] button.
- Click the [OK] button and close the [Internet Options] screen.
- Restart your browser and log in again.

The Java 32-bit/64-bit version may not be appropriate for the 32-bit/64-bit version of your browser.

If the website still cannot be accessed after trying the above.
- Open [Start] – [Control Panel] – Java].
* Mac OS X 10.7 or later
Click the Apple icon at the top left of your screen - [System Preferences] - [Java Preferences]
* Mac OS X 10.6 or earlier
Make the Finder active - [Applications] - [Utilities] - [Java Preferences] - Click the [Settings] button in the [Temporary Internet Files] section.
- Click the [Delete Files] button in the [Temporary Files Settings] dialog.
- Click the [OK] button to delete your temporary files.
- Click the [OK] button to close the [Java Control Panel] screen.
- The following folder will be deleted.
"OS installation folder":\Documents and Settings(or Users)\"Login user"\xmfremote

1).Make the Finder active, [Go]-[Go to Folder...]
2).Input [~/xmfremote/], click the [Go] button.
3).Click [xmfremote] folder, [File]-[Move to Trash] - Restart your browser and log in again.
